Friendly service, on time, genuine, warned me that if he was to fix my air conditioner it would void warranty and instructed me on how to go about a warranty claim. Serviced my other air conditioner since he didn’t need to repair the one that needed fixing.

Replaced and installed a new aircon unit.Service from the team was excellent from the original booking to the diligence from Sean who did the final install. He made sure all was working and fully tested before departure. It was a difficult job given the pipe positions.

Sue on the phone was friendly and very efficient with getting me an electrician out asap on a Saturday for a faulty safety switch. Blake was great and knowledgeable. Had plenty of time for my questions and gave me helpful info with some other issues in the house while he was there. Great service all round.

I found Local and Liscensed on the hipages app and less than 5 mins later I got a call from Susan. Lovely polite phone manner, explained costs of a service, sent me a full aircon service plan with inclusions and all booked for 4 days later. Brayden was on time and super helpful. He checked indoor, outdoor units, went it loft. He even changed the indoor filter for me to save me a job. He also gave advice on how to get the best out of the system, and answered questions I had about how the whole thing works! I'll be booking my yearly service with Local & Licensed.

We have had new lights fitted throughout the house as well as a new air conditioner, on separate occasions. Both times, the guys were extremely professional, punctual and told us what they were doing every step of the way. Their services are second to none and the fact that, if there is an issue, all we have to do is call them and they will come and fix it with no drama. We can’t rate them highly enough and thoroughly recommend them. My parents have even taken our advice and used them and agree that they are excellent tradesmen. Thank you!

I needed two ceiling fans replaced and my meter box upgraded. The tradesmen responded promptly and quoted a fair price, with pensioner discount. The job was completed a few days later in a tradesman like manner by polite and courteous young men. All rubbish was removed. I would definitely recommend Local and Licensed Newcastle should you need an electrician. 😊
