Engage Electrical in Newcastle are outstanding. Matt and Lewis are professional, reliable, and genuinely know their craft. Turned up when they said they would, communicated clearly the whole way through, and delivered clean, high-quality work with zero shortcuts. Everything was explained properly, pricing was fair, and the finish was spot on. It’s rare to find tradies who take this much pride in their work. Engage installed 2 domestic air conditioners, 3 fans and fixed some faulty electrical downlights at my home. Great service from the 3 very respectful tradesman, from initial quote (received that night), they showed up when they said they would and completed all in a days work. Very happy with the Engage Teams high level of professionalism, clear communication and quality worksmanship. Matt even followed up a few weeks later with a courtesy call to ensure everything was to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended - would definitely use again.

These legends are WONDERFUL to deal with! Matt and his team are awesome, they're great listeners, super respectful, they're efficient and honest. Matt was extremely professional, punctual and a great problem solver. Him and his team listened to what I wanted, and I loved that we worked together to find the best and budget-effective solutions together. They treated me as an equal and worked in my home as if it was their own (being a woman, I deal with a lot of trades who make me feel like a complete idiot). HIGHLY recommend Engage Air & Electrical and Matt, and his lovely team. They completed the job quicker than they had quoted and kept the place super tidy and neat when they left! The best trait a trade can have! I should also add that Matt did our split system install, he was recommended by the neighbours who had a full ducted system installed and I'm pretty sure he's also worked on half our street :)
