Read moreCalled through and was connected to Steve at 9pm on a weeknight, he answered pleasant as ever after calling other tradespeople who either didn’t answer or answered with a huff, having the only other one I could get a hold of tell me they ‘weren’t keen to come have a look tonight’ though listed as 24/7 emergency call out. Steve helped us to do some troubleshooting over the phone, texted me through his direct number in case that didn’t work and welcomed me to call him back to have him come out if the tips he gave us didn’t work. They thankfully did, and thank you to you Steve for taking my call so late and being a top bloke. Good on you! Would recommend in a heartbeat.
