We needed a new undermount rangehood in our kitchen and a BBQ range hood connected. Robert arrived to give us advice on both jobs and even did further research to find us a fantastic Bosch rangehood that would fit! He was professional, highly knowledgeable and personable - we were so impressed! The very next day, Chris and Cody turned up, punctually at 8am, after a message to say they were on their way, to do the jobs. I cannot praise their work enough. They were friendly and totally professional, planning every move carefully and seeking our thoughts on options. The result could not be better! A superb Bosch rangehood in the kitchen so well installed, you can hardly see it! It is SO effective! Our BBQ rangehood works superbly too. They even cleaned up the surfaces with stainless steel wipes to make it look like new! All rubbish was taken away and all areas cleaned of dust and residue from the installations. I called Grace in the office to convey our delight and she was friendly and cheerful too. I recommend KGB Electrical and HVK Appliances (same company) without reservation in - just superb from first contact to final job completion. The icing on the cake? The cost was very reasonable and competitive. It is very rare to find a business of this quality!

We had KGB do a number of planned jobs around our home last year. They were well organised, efficient and professional. After recent storms we had an issue with our light circuit (due to water in the roof), KGB came so quickly and identified and rectified the issue on the spot. We are so happy to have a reliable contractor we will continue to use and recommend.

I would highly recommend KGB Electrical, they were awesome. We were told by another electrician that it wasn't possible to put ceiling fans into our two story home. Thank goodness I called KGB electrical and they did it no worries at all. They were very knowledgeable and did an amazing job on our fans upstairs and downstairs. Greg and his team were contracted to do the electrical work for our ensuite makeover. They were amazing. Punctual, excellent communicators, tidy and efficient and extremely easy to work with.
