Strata required our air-conditioning unit to be moved up on to brackets. The contractor they recommended came in over priced. I contacted Jon and he came in at a very reasonable price to do the relocation. Was on time and did a great job servicing the unit.

Great price. Great communication. Great service. After he finished the job he’d originally come for I asked for his advice about an appliance. He realised that it would still be under warranty and recommended I try to get it fixed for free under warranty instead of offering to fix it for me for a fee. Jon is a friendly, ethical electrician and I would happily recommend him.

Jon was excellent! He completed the installation for our split system Aircon at our home in mascot. His quote and communication was very detailed and clear. There weren’t any secret or surprise costs as he was very honest and transparent about anything he could foresee as a possible issue. He was early for his quote visit and on time for his install visit. Jon is neat and methodical in his work and extremely tidy. He left his work area so clean, even vacuuming his work area and offering to cut up all of the boxes our Aircon was packaged in. To top it all off, Jon is a top bloke. Eric & Jenny Baker Miranda November 2022 With the approach of summer, we thought it wise to look at getting our air conditioner serviced by a professional. A friend recommended JB Trades, so we gave Jon a call. Jon responded promptly with a fair quote. Jon arrived on time and completed the service without delay. While preparing the area Jon removed all of our electronics and my nic nacs, then covered everything with great care. He then disassembled the air conditioner, as he was doing the preparation work he explained exactly what would be happening. We were very pleased with the excellence of his work, and the extra care he took to protect and clean up our home, after the job was done. He also put back together our electronics (no mean feat), TV, soundbar & speaker; record player; headphones etc etc Jon even discovered and repaired faults dating back to the original installation on the outside unit. Showing us before he did the repair. We are so grateful. Our air conditioner gets a lot of use during summer and we both have lung issues. On seeing the grime removed we will now get Jon back regularly. We would highly recommend Jon as an A++ Service! Thanks very much!

I was told by other companies I would not be able to get air conditioning installed into my apartment. I was surprised when Jon said it could be done but it would be a complex project. Jon got in touch with my builder to hash over some of the finer details and then reassured me it would work. I didn't know there were options other than those unsightly wall boxes and strata wouldn't allow a window box installation. I had never heard of a bulk-head system before but Jon walked me through the entire process and ensured me it would be adequate for my apartment. My build has been completed and my aircon system is not visible and blends in perfectly with my apartment décor. It runs more efficiently than I expected and cools the entire apartment.
