He was super helpful explaining the underling issue with the hardware fault of our gateway device not being able to resolve IP address for recurring devices and replaced the gateway device to resume our business operations

TL;DR - PC Link and Mina are efficient, professional, knowledgeable (most important to me, as I also work in IT infrastructure) and friendly. I highly recommend these guys, as they know networking and they will provide the best solution given your situation. Not sure why anyone would give less than 5 stars. Spoke with Mina on the phone Monday, got booked in Thursday. Incredibly efficient. Gave me accurate window when they would arrive and updated me ahead of time when they’d be arriving. My internet provider upgraded our NBN from FTTC to FTTP, their NBN technician moved our router to the garage surrounded by brick and metal - absolutely horrid place for main router with wi-fi capabilities/signal. I called 2 other places before PC Link and their technicians tried to convince me I’d need a conduit and new wall plates installed - instantly knew they didn’t know what they were talking about. Mina from PC Link surveyed the situation, provided his suggestions, which was moving the main router back into the main living area and set up data points in two other wall plates upstairs. Before doing the work, they made sure of any future plans I’d want, like CCTV or NAS, which they took into account. The mesh system is now wired, and wall plates labelled clearly so we are not confused which connection point correlates to the other. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks for sorting this out!!
