Our oven was not heating and began making noise. The appliance service team found that the unit was intermittently cutting in and out, with a suspected power supply fault at the isolator. I spoke with Matt from the Electrical team today, who patiently asked key questions to understand the issue and then arranged for Jordan, who was already working nearby to attend and resolve the problem. We greatly appreciate the prompt action by J&M Costa and the boys in urgently rectifying the power supply fault. Thank you!
