Let me start by saying i have never been more impressed with a company , bar when i originally had Nepean Solar for my solar panel installarion a few years ago, than i have with Nepean Solar Solurions. Jim and his team from start to finish were exceptional with their communication and answering of all questions i put to them. I understood from the start it is a very busy time in regards solar battery installation with the current government subsidy for them. Always kept me upto date in delivery of my alpha ess smile 5, 15kw battery. When installation day came the team were courteous, tidy and very informative of what the battery does. They are incredible batteries and i personally thought i knew all they did but no where near what they really do. Jim has even explained a few things a couple of days after installation that i got a bit, a lot really, confused about. I now am aware of more control of power the battery is able to do. The team even put the app on my phone so i can see live time whats going on. Thank you Yvonne for answering all my calls and sorting me out. Brilliant company. Personally wouldn't go anywhere else for my solar needs

Had a battery installed late last year by the team at Nepean solar solutions. From the initial design phase to the installation of the battery I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The Staff were efficient and extremely helpful. My first meeting was to determine the size of the Solar and Battery for our needs. It was all explained in a manner to comprehend. The whole system was installed and connected and we were shown how it works and it’s simple to understand, Nepean Solar also review your accounts and provide updated advice I cannot speak more highly of their work ethics I would recommend to anyone wanting to get solar or batteries

Excellent before sale & after sale service. We worked with Nepean Solar as part of our GJ Gardner Penrith build and they were great. Before sales they worked with our past usage bills and our wants to come up with our plan/panels/batteries and after home handover they were still great to work with when we had questions about our system and wanted to add more batteries. Great company to work with and highly recommend.
