A very professional and high quality operation. Prior to installation we discussed options. Josh and Andrew offered a range of solutions and I was able to customise the design to what I wanted. During the installation I could see that safety was paramount including risk assessments and a serious approach to the conduct of the initial safety briefing. The team was efficient well presented and courteous, making every attempt to minimise disturbances in the neighbourhood. At all times I was comfortable that EM Electrical had my best interests as the customer at heart and after all was complete Josh followed up and was readily available to address any questions.

I am very pleased with the work that EM did at my home. They designed, supplied and installed a 10kW solar system with hybrid inverter, ready for receiving a battery in the future. The installation process was excellent. They worked very carefully on a relatively steep roof of old terracotta clay tiles with minimal or no damage to the tiles. The system has been running for almost two weeks and is working fine by now. I am looking forward to the see how it performs in the summer!

Got 3 phase installed in my garage for EV charger and must say the guys at EM Electrical were top notch. Josh and the team were great to deal with, on time and good quality work. Will definitely deal with them again should I require more electrical work done!

When you look at spending a five-figure sum on a solar install you naturally want the best system for your dollar. Perhaps more importantly, you want that system installed by the best team, one that matches your choice of equipment. In choosing EM Electrical for our job, we based that choice on several factors. First, it had to be someone in our locality. We like to support local tradespeople. Second, we wanted a listener and not a smooth-tongued salesman. Third, the principal had to be an accredited Clean Energy Council designer and installer. Come on down, Joshua Humphries. Our immediate first impression was that we were dealing with a personable, intelligent and ethical electrician. He surveyed the site most thoroughly and considered our current circumstances and looked at what we wanted to achieve. On receiving his quote, which came in at what comparison shopping said was more than fair, it was an easy decision to engage him for the task. During the course of the installation, we got to see not just Josh on the job but several of his employees, all of whom were as cooperative and careful as their boss. Josh runs a tight ship. The job was completed only a few days ago but in the short time that we have been monitoring its performance, and despite some cloudy weather, we are over the moon with the way it is performing. Aesthetics were high on our list and Josh pays a lot of attention to this aspect of the job. Despite an awkward roof shape with many vents, chimneys and skylights, we have a most acceptable layout that looks as harmonious as you could wish for. In summary, we have absolute confidence that out solar system has been professionally designed, installed and commissioned to the highest standard. We can't speak more highly of Josh, his team and his care for the customer. Thank you indeed, young man. PS. You might find a few cable ties scattered around the place after they have gone, but hey - they are electricians, after all. :-)
