We recently had 12.8kW of solar panels and a 33.2kW battery system installed at our home by Elite Energy Co., and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, Connor and his team were excellent. They were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The installation itself was seamless, and they left the worksite clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. Since the system was installed, it has already made a huge difference to our energy bills. Being able to track our energy usage and see exactly how much power we’re generating and storing has been fantastic and really shows the value of the system. The quality of the installation and the level of service we received were second to none. We had a fantastic experience with Connor and the boys from Elite energy when they installed a battery to complement our solar system. They arrived on time and completed the installation in a very efficient manner. The operation of the battery and usage of the associated app were all thoroughly explained. I couldn’t recommend elite energy enough so easy to communicate with for a quote and through out the whole process of ordering solar panels & a battery. Special mention to Connor who talked me through absolutely everything and made the process so simple and stress free, Showed up on the date promised on time and completed the job fast & efficiently. very professional, he even managed to change a few things from what we originally planned to save me a couple bucks in the end.
