    ELCO is an excellent Electrical Company. Strat needed meter board upgrade. Andy came out personally and to give check site to provide a proper quote. Other companies did it remotely. Very patience with all residents questions. Visited again personally to give residents information on the process, not just relying on emails. Was ALWAYS on time or EARLY, rare for a tradesman. Friendly personalised services. Cannot find more accurate words to describe and explain the most positive experience with Andy from ELCO.
