Electrician To The Rescue

Kent was fantastic. He was on time, patient, took care to identify the issue (he could not find any) however, he spent some time with the unit to ensure that it was safe to operate and advised what I could do if the problem re-occurred. He also gave me a quote if I wanted to change the unit in the future. Kent is a good conversationalist and very respectful and a credit to your team. This is the first time that Kent has been out to our unit (we have had Simon come over a few times to fix issues that we have encountered in the past). It was a pleasure meeting Kent today. Having used your services in the past, I am happy with the quality of your tradespeople and the quality of the work that they carry out. Thank you for your quick and efficient support all along.

Kent was great. He arrived when he said he would, was super friendly and was able to find and isolate a fault really quickly. He took the time to explain everything to me really carefully and also gave advice on updating our old circuit boards. All very much appreciated!

We had Simon come from electrician to the rescue he was punctual friendly and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it even the phone conversation I had to book Simon the day before was great courteous and professional. The lady I had even stayed back half an hour to call me back to see when we could do the booking would highly recommend electrician to the rescue.

Terrific and efficient service from Simon after all the power went out in our house. He also promptly fixed up a couple of other little electrical problems that needed doing. Second time we've used them. Great work!

It was good to see Simon again. Simon reminded us that he was at our property replacing some lights almost 2 years to the day. Simon kept us informed as he was running a bit late from his previous job. Simon has a friendly persona, is very good at his work, is neat and tidy and easy to get along with.
