We had a great experience with David and his team who installed a ducted air conditioning system in our home. Communication was easy, service was professional and genuine, pricing was fair and reasonable. We are so happy with our air con and would highly recommend ausone!

Recently had trouble with a commercial freezer rang almost everyone in Wollongong no one wanted to help the guys from ausone understood how important it was as to keep our freezer going as we had a butcher shop they got there on the day we caught us in the afternoon got the problem sorted for the meantime and come back the next day and with all the parts and fix it probably could not recommend them any highly really super happy with their professionalism and their attention to detail we are definitely going to be using these guys again when we need them super happy Thanks Andrew and Andy

Dave was exceptionally prompt in responding to our request for a service call. His inspection of our existing air conditioning unit included a thorough examination of the roof space located zone motor. Due to the difficulty in obtaining parts for our existing unit (8 years old) and our harsh location - due to being 100 metres from the sea - we jointly decided to install a totally new unit. This included improving the air flow return ducts. A further inspection was carried out to determine the best manner of installation as the roof space was limited in height which made it necessary to remove the existing unit in sections - a difficult and time consuming process. (The original house was old and the roof space had a complicated section of rafters in a difficult space for their work.) They were prompt and efficient in their installation. They consulted us prior to the work and all progressed smoothly. They cleaned up after their work and made sure we understood the new control panel. Two days later we had a heat wave and were exceptionally pleased with how the new system worked. We thoroughly recommend them. They are professional, polite and kind and their work is of a high standard.

David has been very quick & efficient at fixing my air con. He has identified the problem, got the parts & repaired the unit all within a week. I have particularly appreciated this because it's been so cold! I have also been impressed with David's very nice manner & suggestions for improvements to my unit. I will certainly call on him again in future.
