Eric did some work this week for the shop next to mine. I was so impressed that rather than just identifying the faulty appliance that was the reason for the call-out, he went above and beyond to source a replacement part and repair the appliance, saving the business many thousands of dollars. Not an easy job too, because an exact part couldn't be found so he had to get a similar one custom-modified to fit. Great to see someone passionate about repair&reuse in the modern "just throw it in the bin" world.

Eric did a fantastic job adding some much-needed power outlets to our new house. We really appreciate his attention to detail, like asking how wide our bed would be to ensure easy access for us once our furniture was all moved in. He added five outlets in all, as well as relocating the TV cable, and was in and out in just a few hours. He left the place absolutely spotless too - would never know he was even there!
