Had Jake and tom come out to install my aircon they did a great job really happy with there work they also moved my gas for me And put in a extra power point all on the same day. They were supper friendly everything was easy to explain and booking a supper easy. awesome service from both boys!

Jake has now been here twice within a year for my aircon, which has a mind of its own. Their service is very efficient, professional and trustworthy. He even found a hidden filter that must have been concealed for years. I highly recommend Jake and Landmark Air 👍

Mark provided the initial consultation for installation of two split systems. He was reliable, friendly and on time. His product knowledge is great and his recommendations were excellent, with good prices. I was regularly contacted by the lovely office staff who kept me updated on the progress of my order and confirmation of the installation date. On the day of installation, Rex was prompt and friendly. He worked hard and constantly throughout the hot day to get the job done quickly and professionally. His friendly, happy nature is a credit to Landmark Air and his product knowledge is great, a lovely young guy. I had a great experience with these guys, I had requested a service of my Panasonic Split air con as it had been about 18 months since last service. I had recently had a series of respiratory infections which is unusual for me, and sure enough the technician came out and said my air con was filthy with black mould! They cleaned, serviced, then came back to do a deep clean and replace a part to (hopefully) prevent the problem in the future. Excellent communication at all stages of the job, friendly staff, non-creepy guy, all in all a job well done and my respiratory infections have disappeared!

I have to say very loudly what awesome service I received from Landmark. 4 years ago my evaporative are cooler stopped cooling. I asked for another company to come and look at it and they gave me a quote for a new system but refused to look at my unit. We have been so hot for 4 years now. I recently contacted Landmark at the whole team were very supportive of my needs. Conrad was amazing. He was definitely one of the most respectful tradesmen I have ever met. He not only got on my roof but took photos and reassured me that the unit was 100% repairable. So relieved! He came back and repaired it after Damien ordered the parts for me. Both the receptionist and the finance officer were also helpful. Mark is now sending me information so when the time comes to replace my old unit I will be better informed. A huge thumbs up particularly to Conrad. An amazingly thoughtful and respectful tradie. Thank you so much!

I had our air conditioning unit undergo a routine service by Conrad this morning and I am blown away by his customer care. He handled the service with professionalism, in a timely manner and was very respectful. I would definitely recommend Conrad from Landmark Air to friends and family.
