Jason's stock a wide variety of products incl spare parts which unfortunately are required for common products which tend to fail. Customer service is good.. ample parking and easy to get to. Workshop on site which is handy if repair work is required. Jason's typically have all calls directed to their perth office so if you need to speak with the bunbury office you simply ask and they will have someone call you back. Jason's is open 5 days a week.

I had a broken door handle which I expected to have to pay to replace. Not only did Jason Windows replace free of charge they replaced two other sets of handles at no cost. Staff were very helpful and I left their showroom highly satisfied with the service. I found it hard to believe that in this day and age a company would display such loyalty to its customers.
