Andrei and the team did an excellent job coming to assess, troubleshoot, and fix our roller shutter door. Whilst other firms would only quote on installing a new door and system (including the original firm who installed the door), Andrei personally came to assess the issue and laid out the options we had and within 2 weeks we had our defective motor replaced and a new one installed for the less than half the cost of a new install. Throughout the process Andrei's communication was clear, timely, and professional, and his team performed clean and efficient work.
