Jim and the team did an amazing job on our new bifold door and a picture frame window! Prices were really competitive and because it's custom made we weren't forced into using standard sizes that lots of other places offer. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, their work is excellent.

Extremely grateful to Jim at Urban Bi-Folds for installing our new bi-fold doors at our holiday home. We approached several larger companies initially who would only use their own predetermined sizes and hardware. They were highly inflexible. We were amazed with Urban Bi-folds bespoke approach and allowed us to customise our doors. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional. We renovated an existing home which had a recessed old anodised aluminium floor track. Once the new bifold doors were installed, we had issues with the new doors coming off the shallow existing floor track (the old track not perfectly levelled and uneven). Rather than blaming the old track and simply walking away from the whole problem, Jim took ownership and worked on alternative solutions. He personally attended our property (2 hours away from his factory) and spent over 3 hours grinding the track and adjusting the bi-fold doors height to make them right. He did not complain nor charge us extra. Honestly, any other company would’ve said to us: “Hey…that’s your problem… not mine!”. Thank you very much Jim for sticking by us and helping us get through this most difficult situation. We appreciate you so much! We have wanted to replace out old sliding doors for a number of years but had avoided it. We looked at a range of manufacturers and retailers including Stegbar and Doors Plus, but Urban Bi-folds provided a far superior product at a very competitive price.
