Deluxe Windows

This review should have been done a lot earlier. We engaged with Deluxe Windows in July last year to install double glazed windows for our house! It took 8 weeks for the job to complete which is well below the 12 weeks standard timeframe that I was given by other companies. We had most of our windows upgraded and I have to say that was the best decision. We have received 2 quarterly electricity bills and we were surprised by how low the usage were compared to where we used to live with single glazed windows. Sav, the owner, is a down the earth person! He is very honest, easy to deal with. You would see him on-site doing the installation of the windows himself; that gave me reassurance on the quality of the installation. Our house was 60 years old so all windows came in different sizes so installation was straightforward but Sav and his team had it done very smoothly! The house had a big transformation after the windows were installed. If there is 10 star I will go the max as these guys deserve a great applaud for the product quality and service. Highly recommended to anyone!

After receiving several different quotes, we decided on Deluxe windows and had Sav and his team install PVC double glazed windows & doors to our townhouse to try and block out the noise from the busy main road. All our doors and windows with new architraves were installed in a timely and professional manner. Not only do they look terrific but they have eliminated the traffic noise by 90%. We are extremely satisfied with choosing Deluxe Windows to do the work, the product is high quality as promised, the install was of an exceptional standard and Sav and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have had 3 of our windows replaced and we love them! The main purpose was for sound reduction and one of the windows was broken. But after having them installed we just love them!! Not only have they significantly reduced sound they look so impressive and really changed the look of the house. Sav has been so lovely to deal with and we are very happy and now looking to replace the rest of the windows because of how impressed we are with the quality of the windows. We had gotten and few quotes and Sav’s pricing is competitive and his install time.

I spent a long time researching double glazed windows as I was having seven windows and a sliding door replaced which was a huge investment for me. Not only was I provided with a cost competitive quote, but I am so glad I made the decision to go with Deluxe Windows. From start to finish, Sav and his team were outstanding! You can tell that Sav and his team care about what they do, whether it’s taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly or sending an email to give me an update. I couldn't be any happier with the windows. They look great and have definitely added value to my home and are of a very high quality. Great care was taken during installation. The service from start to finish was fantastic. The temperature in the house stays more consistent now. The work site was cleaned on a daily basis, they were prompt, efficient and punctual. All the other companies that I researched, were hesitant to reinstall my existing fairly new sliding screen door but Sav was more than happy to oblige and refit the screen door. He was able to find a solution and commented that he likes to make the impossible, possible!! He was even happy to remove all curtain fittings and once reveals were painted, came back to reinstall all curtains and blinds. I am extremely happy with all of my tilt and turn windows and sliding door and would have no hesitation in recommending Deluxe Windows.
