We had an outstanding experience with The Window Centre, run by Mark, from start to finish. We were replacing the old windows in our existing home, and the transformation has been incredible, the new windows have made our older-style house look and feel modern and refreshed. Everyone we’ve shown them to has been extremely impressed. The quality of the windows is fantastic, and you can immediately see the difference compared to other products we looked at. We shopped around extensively before making a decision, and we’re very glad we chose Mark. His recommendations on the window design were excellent and genuinely improved the final result. He clearly knows his craft and took the time to guide us toward the best options. Communication throughout the entire process was spot on, and everything happened exactly as promised. Delivery and installation were completed on the exact date scheduled, which made the whole process stress-free. The installation team was fantastic, professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and well organised. We couldn’t speak more highly of Mark and The Window Centre and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality windows and exceptional service.

We couldn’t be happier with our windows, great service and communication throughout the process. We have multiple styles of openings, glaze types, and fly screens on various windows, none of which was too much trouble. They removed our archaic windows and left no mess behind. Very reasonable pricing for all that we had done. We couldn’t recommend Mark and his team highly enough. Thank you. Keith & Mandy Edwards

From our first initial enquiry, we found Mark was genuine, knowledgeable and transparent in working with us to provide different options for us to consider and once quoted, we found the pricing was very competitive. Absolutely delighted with the professionalism of Marcus and his team. Despite the torrential rain they removed our 17 wooden windows and replaced them with sparkling UPVC units. The sun came out and the guys finished earlier than expected. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was swiftly cleared away when they went. Highly recommend.
