After being mucked around by the company who I bought a new Stratco motor from who gave me no service ,I went on the search to find a reputable , honest and reliable team. I found that with Southside Garage Doors. 1 phone call and Jarrod arranged to be at my home the very next day. He gave me a time and arrived exactly as he said he would - this is so rare with tradies these days. He went over and above and fixed the last tradies mistakes. Wish I called them first. Recently dealt with the team - they were able to accomodate me quite quickly in a busy schedule. Diagnosed the issue over the phone and provided some pricing options. Garage door has never worked better and the price provided was very reasonable, especially for the work received. Highly recommend

Shout out to the team at Southside Garage Doors. I just happened to be home when Jarrod was completing a job at my neighbours so of course, I caught him before he left and asked him to give me his thoughts on why my door was so noisy. Not only did he advise what was wrong, he stayed back and fixed the issue on the spot.

I phoned Southside Garage Doors one morning when my door failed to close. They were able to attend later the same day and replace the faulty motor and drive. Service was great and it was good to have a secure garage again. Happy to recommend. Simon McQuitty.
