Automated Garage Doors

We just had Gareth over to look at a panel on our garage door that was out of alignment as well as give the door a much needed service. From first contact, Gareth was prompt and informative with costs, what it covers, any extras and next steps. We booked him in due to the reviews and the reasonable cost provided. He did NOT disappoint. Gareth provided clear and timely communication throughout process. Gareths' last job went overtime and we were kept up to date with ETA. Gareth arrived, I pointed out my concerns and he went straight to work - no mucking around. He also arranged 3 replacement remotes for us & provided tips on how to care for the garage rollers, test door, what to look out for etc in the meantime. I asked whether I should be servicing garage every year and he straight up said - that's a bit of a scam - maybe every 2 to 3 years. Gareth could've easily said yes and earned himself some extra cash, but he didn't. He was honest, helpful and quick! We will definitely be using Automated Garage Doors for any future garage door needs! Thanks heaps Gareth! :)

Not only did Garath do a fantastic job servicing my garage, he was able to fix the height of my garage door so my new car can fit in! We asked for a quote for my neighbours garage door to have a motor installed and he did it on the same day. I have no hesitation in recommending Garath.

Gareth was a very friendly Aussie who turned up on the right day and took the time to have a bit of a chat. Every detail was discussed, I had brochures with styles and colours sent to me to make an informed decision.
