We had called a number of other garage door service technicians that we did not want to deal with before we came across Brendan. The moment we made contact with Brendan he was personable, accommodating and eager to please and communicated well. Gave options and his advice.He did not push the more expensive options and was focused on application and our needs over his own interests. On the day of installation Brendan arrived well equipped with his vehicle and tools serviced the door, took his time to install the new closer (no way rushed the job even when it was a fixed price), this demonstrates his care, skill and professionalism with genuine focus on delivering quality- takes pride in his work!!! Tested it and cleaned the worksite, he then took the time to see if we had any questions and then proceeded to demonstrate and explain how to use the door opener, both automatically and manually. He even offered to take the old broken closer and scrap it which was a relief as it would have been difficult for us to get rid of ! Would recommend, nicest bloke you will come across, honest and reliable and competitively priced, good knowledge of products and obviously in it for the long game.
