We had our family home of 16 years demolished by Roach Demolitions, which took a long time to prepare due to Council permit requirements. Despite the Permit process taking 18 months, Roach Demolition kept their initial quote the same throughout. On the day the team were professional and courteous at all times. They observed and followed all conditions set by the Council, along with being very careful with all Neighboring assets. We were also very impressed by the level of recycling that was performed by the team, seeking to recycle as many materials as possible, preventing items being sent to landfill. Very happy with Roach Demolition. Meet Darren next day after calling him, decided to go with him on the day. He took time and real effort to give us an accurate quote.
