  Len and his team were early (beat me to the site!) by 10 minutes and did such a great job removing our tiles and the glue/nails/debris leaving it ready for timber flooring. He also includes removal of tiles which other companies wanted me to hire and pay for a skip. Len was very professional, tidy and showed me any issues that arose with what was under the tiles and how I should go about getting everything ready for timber flooring.
