Jake recently completed an ensuite renovation at our place in the Yarra Valley. To say that we were impressed by his work would be an understatement. Jake was helpful and fastidious from the outset to ensure an amazing final result that fit within our budget constraints. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! 10/10

If you are looking for a professional carpenter who produces an absolutely fantastic end result, you can't go past Jake Howard! Down to Earth Timbers built our terrific deck. This extra space has transformed the way we live. We can now make the most of this beautiful outdoor space, dining area and viewing platform. Jake is very particular about getting the job done right. Highly recommend Jake at Down to Earth Timbers. Jake restored our back deck and front entrance porch and is currently helping us plan renovations to our rumpus room. He is reliable, honest and gives incredibly valuable and sage advice. His work is of excellent quality, he is very generous with his time and great at communicating his availability and any issues that arise during construction. He will be our go to carpenter from now on.

Jake is reliable, honest, does quality work and is a genuine friendly guy. We have had him complete both our back deck, entry way and then return to do work on our renovations as we have continuously been impressed with his craftsman ship and professionalism. He is now the only carpenter we use.
