Have recently had Ben from BT Built recreate out outdoor/alfresco area. From demolition of the old structure to design and construction of the new area we couldn’t be more happy with the finished product. Ben was reliable and very professional and worked within our availability and budget. Very respectful of our home as were his team of tradesman. Would highly recommend.

Ben came out to quote promptly and on time. He impressed us with his professional and can do attitude. He was able to give us an idea of cost on site and followed up promptly with a proper quote later that day. He understood that we needed to get the job done soon and was open and honest about his availability. He followed up three days later when I was still waiting on a quote from another company. He was able to do the job earlier. This suited us and he got the job. He and his apprentice James turned up bang on time at 7 am for the job and got straight into it. It was all finished early afternoon despite the rain, is exactly as specified and looks beautiful. Ben and James are two very pleasant, polite and genuine young men with a hard work ethic and solid carpentry skills. No more bouncy, rotten front step! Thanks guys.

BT Built has completed two projects for me in the last 12 months - an elevated verandah and most recently an adjoining lower deck. I was impressed with the work done by Ben and his team on the verandah so again sought his building skills to build the lower deck section. Ben consulted with me regularly and made recommendations during the process which made it very easy for me. The deck has just been completed which I am really pleased with and, although I made a major change to the plan mid-build, Ben and his team completed the job skillfully and on time. He and his team at BT Built have a strong work ethic and just get the job done. Definitely would recommend.

We’re so happy with the work Ben and his team did on our new deck and pergola! They were friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. Everything was done on time, and they kept the space super clean throughout the project. The deck looks fantastic and feels super solid – perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. The pergola adds just the right amount of shade and style. Our backyard has totally transformed!
