Dimick Construction has both carried out, and organised, extensive restoration of my 1890's Victorian heritage terrace. (And I might add, dealt with an obstructive and rapacious local council) Works performed: dismantling of veranda and concrete patio. Detailed rejuvenation of aged an deteriorating facade patterned brickwork. Full rebuild of veranda and patio to original design including patio tiling. Interior work: extensive repair of wall and ceiling plastering, full repainting, floor sealed, sand, re-polished. I don't give 5/5 because I never do : 99/100 "5 out 5"s are from reflexive politeness and cannot be believed. Dimick deserves my sincere recommendation. Thanks Michael!
