It was such a smooth process working with Murph from the time he turned up to quote when he said he would, to the very end of the job. Murph and his team were so professional and the work site was so tidy as they worked through the job. Our front fence is so stylish and the workmanship is amazing. We were assigned Ambrose as our builder for property repairs by our insurance company after our property was flooded during bathroom renovations. Jay was our site supervisor. We found Jay to be very earnest and respectful. He was engaged, communicative and professional throughout. Easy to work with. Interested in getting the work done promptly and to a high standard. He took safety and property protection very seriously. Work was finished quickly and to a high standard with very few defects.

Despite some hurdles - Jay said he would try his best to get it done within the time frame. Sure enough, he delivered on his promise and kept me updated throughout the whole process. There has been a massive two year journey between other circumstances and insurance to get to this point. Jay has been the first person through out all the people I have dealt with who is actually delivered on their promises.
