We found Jay to be very earnest and respectful. He was engaged, communicative and professional throughout. Easy to work with. Interested in getting the work done promptly and to a high standard. He took safety and property protection very seriously. Work was finished quickly and to a high standard with very few defects.

  Despite some hurdles - Jay said he would try his best to get it done within the time frame. Sure enough, he delivered on his promise and kept me updated throughout the whole process. There has been a massive two year journey between other circumstances and insurance to get to this point. Jay has been the first person through out all the people I have dealt with who is actually delivered on their promises. Jay is a complete professional and an asset to Ambrose, showing empathy, understanding but also being reasonable.
