James and his team did an amazing job on our new pergola. The whole process ran smoothly and was completed quickly. James explained everything, was easy to get hold of and lovely to deal with, he organised trades around our availability, made sure everything was done perfectly and ensured everything was cleaned up. We have done a few renovations previously and hadn't had great experiences so had put off the pergola. After reading many reviews, we got hold of James and are so happy we did. We would absolutely recommend James and his team.

What an amazing job - and experience! 🙂 From the moment I met James, it was clear he was going to deliver an amazing outcome in completely redoing my outdoor entertainment space. His skills in both design and construction were evident from the moment I saw the design until the project was completed. In addition to having the pleasure of working with James, his team comprising Brayden, Brody & Harry were also a delight to have around - and just first rate on tools. The deck is so solid it feels like an extension of the house and every aspect of it is simply outstanding quality. We also had a slight leak in the roof after the deck was completed - there was always a risk this would happen because of the design. As soon as I called James, he was around to check it out. The leak was fixed and everything is now perfect. I can't recommend James and Precision Outdoor Living highly enough - and they'll definitely be the only call I make for any future projects.

James and his team lived up to all expectations. They were always on time and the work was completed to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble, even working in with me to get all the timbers painted before construction. We have no hesitation in highly recommending James and his team. In addition the pricing was incredibly well below all quotes we had previously and James handled all of the necessary paperwork and approvals.

Professional, affordable and excellent craftsmanship, we had a large out door deck and front porch made by James and his team, they were reliable when called for a quote, and with the service on time and efficient the best tradies we have dealt with with our new home, we had one crack in a timber and they guy came back and fixed it straight away. We are now looking at getting a side fence built and would look no where else as the quality of his work out shined our expectations.

James and his team recently built an amazing deck for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Superior workmanship, the guys were extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend James and the Team. In fact we are getting them back to do another job!
