We contacted Darryn as we had used him to do a pargola on our previous property and were delighted with his work manship. After downsizing dramatically we decided we still needed an outdoor area for us to relax and for when family comes over. I rang Darryn and he came promptly to measure and listen to my ideas and his professional opinion on how everything would look .We decided on a design and to have a front verandah large back pargola and carport as well. We cannot be happier Darryn and the team always told us the times they were arriving which made things very smooth and no stress for us. .All outdoor areas were finished in the time frame actually earlier.We are so happy with all of our outdoor areas and the perfection of detail. What an exceptional business to work with. Having originally contacted Stratco Dandenong to get a quote for a patio to cover my back deck, they had one if their authorised dealers contact me directly. Darryn from UNDERCOVER CONCEPTS phoned & promptly came out and fully discussed suitable options for my requirements with me, measured the job and later that same day l received a quotation from him. After reviewing the quote and doing some further research, l contacted Darryn with a few queries, which he immediately answered. I was very impressed with his professionalism and decided to proceed with getting my verandah built by his business. He then arranged to visit again to double check measurements, & me to sign the contract. I supplied him with my building plans & he detailed the process how he would organise all the relevant requirements: drafting, building permit paperwork, asset protection permit, building surveyor, council planning permit etc. Also advising me of approximate wait times to obtain all permits prior to all approvals. Paid the deposit, and Darryn then ordered the relevant materials & supplies for the job. He kept me informed of the progress, at intervals. Sooner than expected Darryn contacted me to confirm that the Building Permit had been approved and the date materials for the job would be delivered. I was also given the dates for the installation. Darryn & Matt arrived early on day 1, be be there when Stratco truck delivered the materials. From then on the work was carried out without any problems. The guys were an absolute pleasure to have doing the work they were extremely efficient and the quality of their workmanship second to none. My new verandah build was completed in two days. The whole process from initial contact with Undercover Concepts took just seven weeks. I am so happy with my new Stratco "Outback Flat Verandah" it looks fantastic such a good, sound quality product. I sincerely have no hesitation in recommending Darryn's business to anyone contemplating getting a patio/verandah built. The process was so easy for me, having a expert handling the job. I'm sure my beautiful new verandah will even outlive me. So much thanks to Darryn for making this renovation so easy for me.
