After a few horrendous encounters with different deck builders, I finally found one which I can trust and use again! Our deck was looking worse for wear and we decided we needed a new deck that fitted with the character of the house. We also decided that something needed to be done about our windows, as they were falling apart. I contacted a few companies in the area and had no luck - until I contacted Call Mum. Negotiating the price was really easy. David made sure I felt comfortable with the quote and treated me with the utmost respect. He took his time explaining the process and gave me a detailed timeline. Once David and the Window Exchange Service team had finished, well, one word – wow.. We couldn't be happier with the results!! I'd like to thank David and the team for all their hard work – my partner and I are really enjoying our new back deck and windows – it feels like a new house!

We recently decided our back deck was in a pretty bad shape and could do with some major TLC! I called around and had a few builders come and look at it and give me quotes. He also said he could replace our windows for a low price - which was perfect for us as they were in desperate need of replacement at that stage. During the job we were given clear communication regarding updated timelines to completion, when workers would be on/off-site, any modifications/alterations to plans that needed to occur etc. We were very happy with the quality of the results and the final price matches the quote - all within specified time-frames.
