Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They weren't the first company we looked at but they were the best one we dealt with and their quote was fair and reasonable from the get-go. No hard-sell, no "let me see what's in stock and get it cheaper for you" talk... just a fair price from the beginning. We absolutely love our new patio roof. These guys listened to what we wanted, understood our concerns from the get-go and gave us what we asked for. We are very pleased with the result. Everyone in the process from the office staff to the sales person to the builder and Brian... (not sure what Brian's role is) has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. Extra big shout out to Brendon the builder who has been incredible through some pretty challenging interruptions- due to the fault of the previous owner of the property. Don't hesitate to get onto these guys if you want an excellent patio at a very reasonable price.

Aaron & the team did a wonderful job organising the caravan port to the side of of house, nothing was too much trouble when we changed the project and added the extra carport on the front. The team organised the measure and checked things again once the concrete had been poured. The Installer turned up on the agreed day and had the the caravan port finished in 1 day and the other carport finished the following day. Installer took the time to walk us through where posts were going to be and even took the time to make sure the caravan was going to fit, before cutting posts to correct height Very Professional, polite and kept you in the loop to get the job done.

Aaron and the team at Sunstate did an outstanding job installing the new patio roof above our decking area. The installer arrived as scheduled and meticulously explained the placement of the posts and the installation process. The patio roof was completed within one day. Additionally, the installer went above and beyond by replacing a rotted section of decking and painting a panel on the patio at no extra cost. I couldn't recommend Sunstate more highly and urge anyone considering a patio installation to contact them first.

I had so much trouble trying to find someone to build me a carport that I wanted, everyone wanted to sell me a kit, I did not want a kit, I wanted someone to build me a custom carport that suited my house. I eventually came across Sunstate design, Denis turned up on time, listened to what I wanted (unlike all the others) and came up with a design of exactly what I wanted. I am so impressed with the tradesman and quality of work, and the end result is PERFECT. Don't settle for someone who just wants to sell you a kit!! Call these guys and get the job done right the 1st time.

I would highly recommend Sunstate. They were professional and friendly right from the start. Great at communicating where things were at in the process. Once we got past the approvals which took a few months, the actual build was so quick. A 24sqm deck with fly over roof was completed in two days, which we were so impressed by!
