Jhai did a great job with our backyard pergola installation. He was responsive to all our questions since the beginning and made sure we had various options covered. He did a very neat job and was upfront with his timelines. Highly recommended if you want a job done with no headaches.

It was a pleasant to deal with Jhai from the outset. After communicating the measurements of the area for the deck on the phone, Jhai was able to give a ballpark figure so we can budget for the deck followed by a site visit to confirm the measurements. Jhai gave a detailed explanation and I could tell he was very knowledgeable in this area - from considering the drainage issue to being confident that he and his team can build a flat entrance surface for our prams and wheelchairs. Once I confirmed the work, Jhai quickly made sure everything was planned from materials delivered to fitting our job in at the earliest date - I didnt need a long wait time. We've been wanting to do a decking for some time and Im glad we found Jhai and his company.

Jhai and the team did a wonderful job transforming our back deck from a low to the ground rotten deck to a safe and beautiful outdoor living area. Thank you. Jhai and Denis identified a safety issue with the upper and quickly remedied it by replacing/installing new support beams. The transformation occurred over 5 days, they were so quick and great to work with.

Jhai & Denis restored & rebuilt our old timber deck into a beautiful entertaining area, with a new extension. After a few consultations with Jhai, we have decided on Eva-Last Pioneer composite board, (Blackbutt color) and I am glad we have chosen that, looks great, awesome product (not cheap though). Jhai and Denis are both very talented carpenters with attention to detail, and they don't accept a mediocre job or finish. I have seen Denis redoing multiple sections of the deck because he wasn't satisfied with how it looks :). Job estimation was about two weeks, and it finished in ~2.5 weeks (~70 sqm), even though the scope was increased and frame needed a bit more work than estimated. Considering the effort spent, price is reasonable and fair as well. Highly recommend these gentlemen and their work.

Special thank you for Jhai that he advise me to use Ekodeck, he explained in details of all different grade of materials that I can consider. I’m glade I listen to his professional advice and choose the right product. Ekodeck is weather proof, very easy to clean and rough enough for my dogs to marking around everyday. I’m very happy with Jhai’s work, all the corners are lined up perfectly. The good product is important but a detailed carpenter work makes it 100% perfect. Jhai also got the work done fast without any delay. I recommend anyone that require high standard quality work to choose Western Sydney Deck. We were so pleased with the quality workmanship undertaken and the enthusiastic suggestions offered for design of stairs and railing on a small deck extension. The work performed by both Jhai and Brennan was first class and importantly, finished on time. Particular care was also taken of our garden during construction for which we are most grateful.
