BILTIT

Stephen did an amazing job at our house, with in eye for detail and a knowledge of modern designs his work and love for carpentry and decking shows in all his work. Stephen is easy to communicate with and is fast and efficient with responding.. I would highly recommend Stephen at Bilt to anyone wanting work done at their home.

A big thanks to the BILTIT crew for a really well crafted and timely hardwood timber decking. Looks so good and the schnazzy aluminium subframe came together so fast! They were very professional to work with, fantastic communicators, and lovely people to have working around our home and family. We love our deck and we're looking forward to many friends and family gatherings this summer. We are keen to work with them again, and would absolutely recommend them to others in Sydney.

We had Stephen and his BILTIT team instal a hardwood deck at our terrace. From his initial quote through to the installation his work ethic and professionalism far exceeded all expectations. The new deck looks amazing, and we would 100% recommend BILIT to anyone who is considering any decking or joinery.

We live in a very awkward terrace with no rear lane access, we also had no idea what we wanted the old deck to be replaced with. Stephen was amazing from start to finish, helped us decide what materials would suit us the best. His great communication, flexibility, and patience with us made the whole process easy. Stephen and his team at BILTIT went above and beyond any expectations we had. His attention to detail, genuine passion for what he does, and thoughtfulness sets him apart from any tradesmen we have used before. Stephen sourced us Fijian Mahogany which naturally slivers over time, something we would not have known was an option without him. 😊

Final product (deck and pergola) is awesome. Composite decking/eco deck is fantastic - looks great. I’m in Maroubra and get a lot of wind and rain. First had to remove old deck and was much more concrete/rubble than expected. Stephen from BILTIT went above and beyond by offering to pain parts that would be more difficult for me to get to once installed! I thought that was amazing. I was not home during day, but Stephen always kept me informed and up to date. Very reliable and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

I would recommend Stephen in a heartbeat. His passion, attention to detail and ability to solution around challenges is exactly what you need in a partner for your build. We built an outdoor bbq area with a deck and cabinets and we dealt with a lot of different trades, but Stephen was by far the easiest to deal with and on top of that, his work was immaculate. It was all the subtle details in the finishings that really impressed me. We had sandstone around the area, and he had built the deck to look like the two structures were always merged together. Thank you Stephen!
