For the construction of our granny flat, we were recommended by our Friends to use 2N2 Constructions, more specifically Peter and Chan, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the onset, they were incredibly accommodating, seamlessly integrating our special requests into the project without any hassle. The quality of materials used, especially the timber for the structure, was top-notch, contributing to the overall durability and aesthetic of the granny flat. Peter and Chan's precision in the project timeline was commendable; they completed the work exactly when they said they would, which is quite rare in construction projects. One of the aspects I'm most impressed with is how the granny flat has withstood various wet weather conditions without any issues. Additionally, their financial integrity was apparent when unused funds were thoughtfully reallocated to enhance other areas of the project, adding value without additional cost to us. Peter is great guy to work with if you want the job done properly and without unexpected cost. We engaged Peter to construct an awning for us. After looking at the job, he spent time trying to understand our end goal and recommended suitable styles, materials and designs. He explained to us the pros and cons of each design as he believed that it is better to spend more time in initial planning than being desapointed and spend more money to rectify the problem at the end. At first we found that he might be too careful and wasted too much time going back and forth with the design, but it all made sense at the end when the work was completed. Chan and Peter were amazing with the management of the project. Throughout the construction, they were prompt in communication and thorough in giving project statuses of all works. So reasonable changes to scope were able to be intergrated due to their effectiveness in communication and skillset.
