Read moreWe were recommended TR building Solutions to renovate our Leichhardt terrace; this needed the entire upper floor removed as well as the structural beams due to a leaking bathroom. TRBS quickly organised a Complying Development Certificate and within weeks we were moving out, they also performed the lower floor as the work progressed faster than planned. Due to the speed this took there are things we’d like to have changed but it was a great result by some great blokes. The work is pure quality.

Read moreOur engineer brought TR Building Solutions in to stabilise our foundations to our renovations when they were found to be unsuitable to our Ashfield home. As an Owner/Builder I relied heavily on the engineer and the builders to secure our foundations before the rain this week. This team was fast and efficient, and the work saved further costs. I can’t thank the team highly enough during this stressful process and whilst not available to assist on any further works they have always made them selves available for a video call during our renovations. In writing this review I hope others benefit from this team of professionals.

Read moreWe recently had the pleasure of working with TR Building Solutions to complete our new double-story home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Initially, we explored fixed-price quotes but ultimately decided on a cost-plus contract, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. Weekly communication and cost updates were clear and efficient, and the programming of works was flawlessly managed. The site meetings were incredibly valuable, ensuring we stayed informed every step of the way. Thanks to the cost-plus approach and the team's excellent management, we saved a substantial amount of money while making very few changes to the original plans. Friends have remarked on how clean and well-presented the construction site always was, which speaks volumes about TR Building Solutions' professionalism. We were so impressed that we've now engaged TR Building Solutions to design and construct a smaller dwelling for our children at our previous residence. Their ability to deliver exactly what we envisioned while expertly managing trades has been second to none. One key recommendation to anyone undertaking building works: ensure full-time supervision on-site, this was not our first time building. TR Building Solutions' attention to detail and proactive handling of occasional issues made all the difference in exceeding our expectations, staying well within budget, and delivering a high-quality home. Read moreIf you want the Best Innerwest builders then these guys have you covered. Working away a lot I needed to find a building company I could trust. When we initially meet it was a little awkward as I already had some quotes and Rod wouldn’t price the job unless I had engineering drawings. That almost put me off but as I realised I needed them I went ahead and had these made up, I didn’t go with Rod’s recommended engineer but I got the plans. I met the team at their Lilyfield office to go over the price and couldn’t believe it. But when they explained their very detailed quote, it really was. It made sense. I went back to the other builders with the engineers plans and boy did everything go up. Tick no 1, happy I found them. I liked that they started high and we could peel back the price and was aware of how the other builders price would have eventually gone up. Tick no 2. Before we set a final price we had a full site meeting with several key trades that needed access, this was great, meeting the team, the relationships were clear and I’ll do a review on these guys too. Tick no 3. In the end we signed, I didn’t have to move out so always had a home to return to and they put the second floor on. I think if your going to stay in the home then a cost plus contract is the way to go. I locked in a price because l couldn’t be around an are very pleased with the result but know I could have saved with their cost plus option. Anyway we have a quality home that was well managed and the communication was excellent. Tick no 4. Finally we had no issues building and none since these guys were clean and efficient. Again, I highly recommend TR Building solutions for your building project.

Read moreTR Building Solutions have recently completed a complex building project that involved extensive structural work to our nearly 100-year-old company titled building in Potts Point, which is in a listed heritage area. TR Building Solutions was awarded the contract after a competitive tender process. Throughout the whole project Rodney McNamara was readily available to discuss and resolve the various problems that arose given the age of the building; he also continually demonstrated very good interpersonal skills with the various members of the Carisbrooke community. Rodney worked closely with the supervising engineers TOP Consulting Pty Ltd (also excellent) and the Chair and Board of Directors. Rodney’s overall management of the various trades required to complete the project and attention to detail produced an outstanding result. As chair of the Board, I highly recommend TR Building Solutions for any appropriate building project.
