They took the time to explain what was happening, fixed the issue efficiently, and were genuinely lovely to deal with throughout the whole process.   The technicians who attended were polite and professional, and they completed the work well. I just wanted to mention a small point for future visits. After the work, there were some dusty marks and handprints left around the ceiling heating/cooling area, and some footprints in the house from shoes being worn inside. The house had been cleaned beforehand, so we noticed this. Overall, we were happy with the service and appreciate the work done.

The team was prompt, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Excellent communication and reliability with the use of tracking the expected time of the allocated team member to make it all the more easier to know exactly when they would be attending.   Ben and Jonny were great. Ben is the director, and he spent over half an hour giving me advice about how I could upgrade my lights in my kitchen, family room and garage. He recommended I consider a linear pendant light and im glad I took his advice. Johnny was the installer and he did it the whole thing in about 5-6 hours. I had 10 downlights installed and 4 batten lights installed altogether. Very happy with the result.

  Ben was great to deal with. Excellent communication throughout. We had 2 new down lights added to the kitchen. He advised the original ones put in were on a dimmer setting and turned those up for us too. Upon arrival told us exactly what he was doing and was done in good time. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to hire again.
