Luke manages a professional business that is focused on the delivery of exceptional customer service and honest pricing. Luke is polite, engaging, generous with his time and genuinely interested in being helpful. He certainly exceeds the expectations of even the most discerning customer. Thanks again Luke and I highly recommend Smoke Alarmed if you want a professional and reliable service and don’t want to waste time on hit and miss customer service.

Luke got back to me within minutes and was able to talk me through on the phone for the issue I was facing with my two different types of smoke alarms. As a single mother, with limited technical knowledge, he was a lifesaver. He was kind, experienced, and generous- because he fixed the issue without having to go through with a call out fee. I highly recommend him and his company, and have his contact saved for any future issues or services my smoke alarms require. Love supporting local businesses! Thank you Luke!

10/10!!! Friendly, honest, professional and reasonably priced. Truly excellent service from Luke at Smoke Alarmed! Luke is a legend and talked us through all of our options and the associated costs/risks/benefits before going ahead. The installation/replacement of 7 smoke alarms was incredibly quick and tidy- he even patched the roof from our previous alarm! Luke was so knowledgeable about the tech and made sure we were well aware of how to deal with any false alarms etc before he left. Thanks Luke 💯
