Flux Electrical Systems

Thank you to Flux Electrical for the fantastic job on the 10th and 11th of Nov. The system paid for itself this week when the big storm on Monday the 24th nocked out power for 10 hours and we were the only house on the street with power. Matt and all of his team responded quickly, had good access to stock and did a neat/ tidy job. The removed our old 6.6kw Solar system and replaced it with 18kw of new 440w jinko pannels. In addition they installed a 48kw sigenergy battery with a 25kw 3 phase inverter. Lastly a 3 phase sigenergy whole property back up Gateway. The team commissioned the battery in 5 mins and were all cleaned up and finished in 2 days from start to finish. They kept us in the loop the whole job and were a pleasure to work with. Chad from Flux Electrical got in touch with me and answered my questions on the Sigenergy concerns I had. He patiently explained what the problems were and how they had been rectified. I was happy with his answers and paid the 20% deposit on Tuesday... got a call from Matt on Wednesday, and had the battery system installed on Friday. I was at the right place at the right time! Super quick installation. Alex, Daniel, and Seth were amazing and super effective with the installation day, which started at 7:30am and was completed by 12:30pm. My 16 kWh Sigenergy battery system is working great, and since the installation, we have been self-sufficient 24 hours a day. Thank you, Flux Electrical!

I recently had Flux Electrical supply and install a 6.65kw system on my unit. The quotation part with Chad was very helpful and easy to understand. Alex, Matt and Seth did a fantastic job with the installation. They were very aware and careful of the environment they were working in and left everything neat and clean when they finished. The process of commissioning and handover from Alex was simple and also easy to understand. I also found the whole team from Flux very polite and friendly and I highly recommended them.

I’m so glad I chose Chad, Matt and all the other legends at Flux Electrical for our solar and battery installation. When the battery rebate was announced, every company seemed to be making big promises. Chad stood out immediately. Instead of rushing a quote or overpromising, he took the time to go back and forth with us to make sure the system was properly designed, well thought out, and genuinely suited to our home and energy needs. That level of care gave us a lot of confidence. They ended up removing our old 6.6kW solar system and inverter and upgrading to a massive 22kW solar array paired with a 48kWh Sigenergy SigenStor battery system. It did take a little longer to receive the final quote, but in hindsight that was because they were making sure everything was right. Once we gave the go-ahead, the process moved quickly and smoothly. What really impressed us was the timing. While other companies were advertising three-week installs, friends and family told us their delays only started after they paid their deposits. Our experience was the complete opposite — once we committed, the installation happened sooner than expected, and we actually had our system completed before people who had paid deposits elsewhere. The install itself was seamless and professional, and the whole team were great to deal with from start to finish. Honest advice, clear communication, and delivery on what was promised — highly recommend.

Chad helped make the process of installing solar easy. He had great communication and gave plenty of time to ensure we had the best system for our situation. We had a battery and upgraded solar system (additional panels and new inverter) installed by the team at Flux and I found the whole experience so good. Chad was incredible as a salesperson - we had 5 quotes and for everyone else, I felt like I was in this sleazy sales funnel I couldn't get out of. Chad was real, honest, not pushy and spoke plainly about what we would get and how it would all work. Also, out of all the quotes we had, their quote was the cheapest and it was very thorough - none of the other companies came and visited our house but Chad discovered a few complexities with the way our house was wired before quoting me. So I know with the other quotes, once they discovered the complexities of our house they would have increased their price. Then on instal, it was incredibly efficient and professional. Matt and the team were exceptional, they got the job done quickly and were very tidy about it. Post instal, their support to set things up and get it working has also been great. Matt kept helping me trouble shoot getting Home Assistant to work even over the Christmas Break before I discovered that Amber won't let me control the system on Home Assistant. I can't fault the team at Flux, they have done such a brilliant job, they weren't that sleazy sales machine and they have been able to provide an incredible system that is doing it's job to help us not feel afraid to turn on the aircon anymore. Give them a go - I know you won't be disappointed with their exceptional service and pricing.
