We had a fantastic experience with Hopkinson Electrical recently. Shaun provided us with an incredibly detailed quote for decommissioning an existing air conditioning unit and then installing a new one. He made sure he understood all aspects of the job before arriving and we appreciated the attention to detail and his professional and friendly service at all stages of the process. Shaun and his team were respectful, efficient and knowledgeable and we are thrilled with the end result.

Excellent service from Hopkinson Electrical. They arrived on time and completed the repair professionally, safely removing the old eye bolt, reinforcing with timber, installing a heavy-duty galvanised eye bolt, replacing tiles and waterproofing, and notifying Energex. Shaun and his colleague were friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly. Workmanship is high quality and compliant. I’d happily use them again and recommend them to others.

Legit review. Shaun and his team were very prompt in contacting us regarding our problem with our split aircon system. Also very prompt in arriving on time to the job and very knowledgeable in regards to the problem. The guys were very polite and friendly. My husband and I would not hesitate in recommending this company for any electrical repairs. Will definitely be calling them to do electrical work at our house. Good to support a local business as well.
