When my elderly father was struggling in his shop with the heat, Jay didn’t just try to sell a service—he recommended a portable air conditioner instead of working on the fans which would made little difference to the heat in the shop . This showed real integrity. Since then, Jay has helped us on multiple occasions and always goes above and beyond. On one visit, he even paused our job briefly to help a family with a new baby who needed urgent electrical work. Compassionate, honest, and skilled—can’t ask for more!
