We recently had Infinity Energy install a 50kW REA battery system and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The team communicated clearly throughout the whole process, kept us informed at every stage, and were always professional and punctual. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and giving me complete confidence in the system and the installation. The installation itself was smooth and well organised, and the end result looks fantastic. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Choosing Infinity Energy was absolutely the right decision. I highly recommend them to anyone considering battery storage or solar solutions.

We had been in the market for solar batteries for quite some time and after doing our research, we decided to go with Infinity Energy Solutions. The decision came down to their competitive pricing and the fact they are a local, family owned business, which we really liked. From the start, the onboarding process was super easy and straightforward. The team was always contactable, responsive, and happy to answer questions, which made the whole experience stress free. The installation itself was excellent. The workmanship was top notch and the installers were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond by fixing a couple of small things they noticed and even tidied up the lawn afterward. You honestly don’t see that level of customer care very often these days. Highly recommend Infinity Energy Solutions to anyone considering solar or battery storage.

Infinity was suggested to me by an electrician acquaintance as the best firm in Wollongong for someone who wanted good support for an Enphase solar installation. After dealing with them I can definitely confirm this. My rooftop PV system was almost ten years old and support from the original (Sydney-based) installers was non-existent. Infinity have now cleaned my panels, fixed my Gateway meter (which hadn't worked for years), replaced two micro-inverters that stopped working about a year ago and, to top things off, installed a battery. Its now three weeks since all this work was carried out and everything works perfectly. The icing on the cake was that their service (office and field) was very good. I highly recommend them.

Have been very happy with Infinity's service and professionalism from information night to solar battery install! We had the 10 kw REA battery installed which is Australian made and whose easy add on module should there be need down the track was the no brainer choice for us. Would highly recommend their team of experts especially Ryan who did all cabling and final connection. Anyone choosing to engage this organisation is in safe hands.

We first engaged Infinity Energy Solutions for our own personal project and were so impressed by their professionalism, care, and attention to detail that it was an easy decision to bring them on as our trusted supplier for our building company, Evolution Building Group (EBG). From the very beginning, the team made the process simple and stress-free. Their knowledge, communication, and commitment to delivering the best outcomes stood out immediately. Because our experience was so positive, we’ve since integrated Infinity Energy Solutions into our business offering—extending their services to our clients, knowing they’ll receive the same high standard we did. As a local Illawarra company, they align perfectly with our values and the way we like to do business. It’s refreshing to partner with a team who genuinely care about their customers and consistently deliver top-quality service. Highly recommend Infinity Energy Solutions for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused solutions.
