Truc and his team have done some amazing work for us. Solar system, home battery, ducted air con. All done with minimal fuss, and absolutely the best quality workmanship. They went the extra mile, like replacing cracked roof tiles before installing the solar panels, knowing they’d be harder to replace later. Cool Heat monitors my solar system, and tells me if there’s a problem (never has been, except when I need to reset my internet connection). Now, if I need any electrical work done, Truc is the first I contact. I can’t recommend them enough.

This wonderful team have just completed the installation of our new air conditioning system. The work was done to an exceptional standard using quality products. The installers were punctual, polite, & respectful of our home at all times. They went out of their way to be as helpful & informative as possible, and at the end of each day they were meticulous as they cleaned both inside & outside. Supported by delightful office staff, it was a pleasure to have them in our home for 2 days. We look forward to using them again in the future, and highly recommend their service.

I've just had an air-conditioner and fans installed and I was very impressed with the pricing and there workmanship, they laid tarps down covering flooring when they were working and on completion they took all the old fans and rubbish with them and even vacuuming before they left, I would definitely recommend cool heat air-conditioning to anyone looking to have the same work done

It’s not often you come across a company that makes everything so easy—especially when dealing with something as important as air conditioning! Their team arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and took extra care to ensure everything was running smoothly. They even took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions without rushing me. I have since utilised their services to install a new system and solar vents at another property where my previous interactions and expectations were again exceeded. Could not recommend this business enough. They did an awesome job today with the install! The boys were kind, friendly and very professional with the job. The staff in the office were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process which made it all an absolute “breeze”. - Just wanted to add to my review below. 6 months after the install we had a technical fault and within one phone call the team were on board to have my aircon repaired. A young fella named Harrison came to my home to repair the issue and honestly he is such a polite, respectful young fella! Again, highly recommend this company for not only their professionalism but also for their workers who are astounding. Absolutely stoked. Awesome work 👍🏼
