1st class service! Ross came out to our house on a public holiday to quote a price for a Bali hut. Very friendly and professional and had booked us in for a month later for installation as they were fully booked until then. The result is awesome! We are so happy with it! Their attention to detail was spot on and they left the area clean and tidy. We looked at other places to do the work but after seeing the work of Mr Thatch we decided to go with them and are so pleased we did. Professional and courteous. Answered all of our questions and were friendly but not pushy. Our new bamboo screening has added privacy and value to our home. Mr Thatch made it easy and at a very conpetative price. Would recommend them to anyone. Edit: We loved our experience with Mr Thatch so much we engaged them to add some decking to the back patio. As always the price was competitive , the service was exemplary and the finished product was awesome. Had our Mr Thatch Bali hut for about 12 or so years and have just had to replace the thatch. Mr Thatch did it promptly and with no hassles. Great service and professional workmanship. Arrived on time and cleaned everything up
