Just over a month ago we moved back into our newly renovated home courtesy of the team at Perway. On a daily basis, we walk into our new living space and still can’t believe this is our home! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the whole space reflects the pride they take in their work, but also the vision we’d curated on Pinterest… brought to life by their skills and attention to detail. From the very first meeting, we felt completely at ease. Andy’s genuine warmth, honesty and down-to-earth nature made us feel more like family than clients. Perway is a company that truly lives its values. They align themselves with other businesses who share their commitment to eco-friendly, sustainable, and passive house design. And they were true to their word from the beginning, promising a 12–16 week timeline and delivering as stated, without compromising quality. You often hear horror stories about building companies, but throughout the entire renovation, the team were courteous, professional, respectful, and hardworking. Communication was clear, the process felt smooth on the whole, and in some cases, they went above and beyond. Perway took so much stress out of what could have easily been an overwhelming experience. We are so grateful to the entire Perway team for giving us our “forever home” that we could have only dreamt about. For a company whose integrity, craftsmanship and genuine care truly set them apart, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Working with Andy and the Perway team has been an absolute pleasure. From day one their professionalism, communication, and organisation on site stood out. Big thanks to Andy, Chloe and the team for their great work. We had Perway assist with the demolition of our house, which shared a wall with the neighbour. The team were great at communicating with us, our demolition contractor and our neighbour, keeping everyone on side and keeping things moving as unforeseen issues came up. The separation from next door and remediation of the neighbour's roof and wall went smoothly and the final result looks great. Thanks again and we would highly recommend Perway to our friends and family.

When I started my design business, it was very important for me to align with a Builder who shares the same values around the client experience, while demonstrating quality in the execution of our client's project. I followed Perway on social media for a couple of years before engaging them, and as suspected, they have not disappointed. They run a very professional outfit from their pre-construction process through to the delivery of the build. They are highly customer focused and simply want to do the best they can to satisfy the homeowner's needs. We used Perway to convert our upstairs balcony into a nursery/ home office. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Clear and upfront with costings. Great communication. Even very bravely continued working through a giant bee swarm that decided to make our backyard fence home. Workmanship was excellent. All trades that were used were lovely to deal with and left their work spaces clean. Overall 5/5 experience.
