We couldn't be happier with our new timber deck, constructed by Mounts Bay Constructions! Harry and his team transformed our 1960s Wembley Downs home in Perth with a stunning spotted gum deck that perfectly complements the style of our renovation. The craftsmanship is impeccable, with rich, warm tones of the Australian timber adding natural elegance and character to our outdoor space. The deck’s design, complete with modern lighting and seamless transitions from indoor to outdoor areas, makes it a beautiful extension of our home. Harry’s broad knowledge and guidance in selecting Australian timber was invaluable. We were set on using Australian timber for its durability and performance, and Harry took the time to educate us on the best options. The result is a deck that not only looks amazing but also stands up to daily use, creating a functional and inviting space for entertaining and relaxation. Adam, Harry and their entire team have great attention to detail and genuinely care about the quality of their work. They were actively involved during the pre-construction stage and were always happy to suggest design ideas and practical solutions that improved the overall project. Mounts Bay Home Renovators Perth were highly recommended to us by a friend and neighbour . . . and now we are highly recommending them to you! We have had part of our loft boarded… for storage… and we now have a beautiful space with ventilation and lighting. Additionally we have had the roof tied down and sections of old jarrah floorboards replaced and beautifully repaired. Enthusiasm, expertise, attention to detail, craftsmanship, advice, research, honesty, communication (in where we were up to each day, who was arriving to do what. . . plus any research/quotes information) and the demeanour of staff . . . was all at the highest level throughout. It was very easy to build a working relationship with the whole team and any recommended third party trades people required. We were highly impressed from inception to the end of works . . . in how incredibly hardworking all the team were and the commitment to getting EVERYTHING completed (for us before family arrived for Christmas). Great pride was taken in the job by everyone. . . and a great ability to meet any unforeseen structural ‘surprises’ head on.
