Uther and the team have now done several jobs for us including a large deck and extension to a bedroom and adding a laundry space. Uther is a fantastic builder whom is clear in his communication and really cares about the work he does. With an older Queenslander home, we needed a builder that cared about the small details and finishes to blend the old & new. We are extremely happy with the work Uther has done for us and continue to use him for additional projects we have. Highly recommend!

Uther coordinated and installed a new big Stratco patio at our home after removing the old small patio. His communication was excellent, he had great attention to detail and the new patio looks great!! He happily managed some last minute changes from us with the concreter and worked with other contractors to make sure everything was done before we left on our holiday. Would definitely recommend Uther and his team to anyone looking to have a new patio installed! We would be happy to have him back for any future work too. Thanks Uther.

We had UVM build us a large free standing carport with cooldeck roof panels. Uther did a great job and exactly met his scheduled timeline. He is friendly and approachable and a very neat craftsman. Reasonably priced and not trying to grab extra money on the job. I don’t give trust easily but he earnt it with his patience over our decision making delays and his decency and reliability in his dealings. I don’t have money for any more projects but if I did he is my builder.

We cannot recommend Uther enough. Amazing workmanship and attention to detail was shown in ripping our old deck and building a new one. He was also very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend him and look forward to using his services again in the future.

Uther did a fantastic job bringing my 90's pool into the 21st century with a full deck installation. His attention to detail is second to none and I am confident his work will outlast me :) he does everything to regulation and is a great bloke to boot.
