Marc and Holly and Clem Carpentry were recommended to us by a fellow tradie 10 years ago and they have done multiple jobs for us since. They have done jobs as small as putting in a new shelf to as large as their present job costing nearly 6 figures. They are meticulous in their approach to each and every task, in its planning, standard of work, communication to us and delivery of a high quality product completed on every occasion on time and on budget. Their prices are very reasonable. On top of that they organise and supervise all sub contractors, maintain excellent relations with our neighbours and leave the building site immaculately tidy. In addition, Marc goes that extra mile in problem solving. As just one example, we had a problem with a roof leak into our linen cupboard. He sealed off all the obvious potential entry points for the water to enter and that worked until there was a particularly heavy Brisbane downpour and water was leaking again into the linen cupboard. I phoned him and he came around in the middle of the downpour, climbed into the ceiling cavity, and got up on the roof, tracked down the problem and fixed it and no leak has recurred. Marc and Holly pride themselves on the work they do and rightly so. They are an excellent team and they do an excellent job.

Marc and Holly have been really fantastic to work with, and Marc's quality on-site is exceptional. They have been very understanding of budget, offering alternative solutions and approaches where reasonable, and also willing to help answer my questions and at times guiding me through the complex process of renovating a house. It is such a relief having a trusted builder to call that you know will work with you to get the job done.

Having Clem Carpentry do some house repair work for me 4 years before, I knew they would do a good job. From the moment of first contact Marc & Holly are attentive to your needs, provide the most detailed quotation & respond immediately if you have any follow up questions. Marc & his fellow workers arrive on time, are unobtrusive & diligent workers & each day leave the site in a clean state. Sound like the perfect tradespeople? Well, they are, & I would not hesitate in recommending them.

The Clem Carpentry team did a great job of repairing and painting the exterior of our house. Clean, tidy and professional on the job, especially the compared to other builders we've had working on the house recently. Very happy with their work!
