Gregory Carpentry

Gregory removed two interior load bearing walls in my house replacing them with timber structural beams. I was super impressed with how quickly he got the project completed and he always left the site tidy. High attention to detail but equally a pragmatic problem solver. He also expertly patched several holes in the hardwood timber floor from the previous kitchen, including going the extra mile way to source the right timber to match the floor. I can’t wait to see the final result when I sand and polish it in a few months time. I’m very confident I made the right choice asking Gregory to made these modifications to my home and would recommend him to my family and friends. Many thanks Gregory!

We had Gregory do some carpentry work on our old Queenslander after reading all of the amazing reviews on here. He was fantastic to deal with from start to finish and we’re so pleased with the job he did. It is obvious with the finished product that he is experienced and takes a great deal of pride in his work. I had Gregory install a door in my new office room with some adjustments to the height/width of the wall, and he did an amazing job. He is a really nice person and easy to deal with. He takes his work seriously and does it with utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend him.

Greg is a nice guy and very easy to communicate (always replies my email promptly). He delivered a not so big but very tricky job (move a sliding door without touching one side of wall/cabinets) nicely as he promised in his quote , where a few other carpenters I invited to quote were not so confident. Definitely Greg will be my preferred carpenter in future and I recommend him.

This is a belated review as friends were asking tonight for a recommended carpenter and I recalled Gregory’s help last year. He did a great job fixing a handful of small repair jobs on our workers’ cottage including fixing a hole in the roof at a fraction of the price quoted by another. He was responsive, friendly, explained everything thoroughly at the outset and then followed through with quality work at a very reasonable price. Thanks Gregory and sorry I didn’t post this review sooner, I have been telling my friend though :)

We highly recommend Gregory. He built a new front porch and stairs for us, and we're so happy with his work and the look of it all. Gregory is friendly, easy going, and was such a pleasure to communicate with. He gave great suggestions for our building ideas, but was happy to go with our ideas as well. We'll be getting him back for more renovations in the future. Thank you.
